WISH matching grants help first time home buyers
TCU has partnered with Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco to offer down payment assistance grants up to $30,806 for eligible low-to moderate-income homebuyers. WISH grants are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be applied toward your down payment and closing costs. The program has helped more than 9,800 people achieve their dream of homeownership.
