When you sign up for E-statements, you’ll receive regular e-mails notifying you when your E-statements are available. Just login to Online Banking to view and print 15 months of your Travis Credit Union statements.
As with all of our online services, Travis Credit Union employs state-of-the-art encryption technology and other techniques to protect your personal financial information. A valid e-mail address is required otherwise the system automatically unsubscribes you from E-statements.

The fast and convenient way to transfer funds between your TCU accounts, and accounts outside of the credit union Money Mover is part of the Transfer Funds feature of Travis Credit Union’s easy-to-use Online Banking service. Money Mover lets members transfer funds anytime (from any computer with Internet access) to and from their TCU savings and checking accounts to accounts outside the credit union.
This postage-free, time-saving service puts you in control of your money. You can use Money Mover with any deposit account at a financial institution that has an ABA (American Banking Association) routing number. Best of all, there’s no fee to transfer funds into your TCU account from another institution. A $1.00 fee per transaction applies when transferring funds from your TCU account to another financial institution.
Money Mover allows you to make both one-time transfers or recurring transfers in fixed or variable amounts, with a transfer limit of up to $1,000 per transaction, up to three times per weekday. There is no limit to the number of accounts you can activate for transferring funds.
It’s easy. To use the Money Mover feature, you must be enrolled in Online Banking. Click here if you're a "New User."

Call-24 Phone Banking is a free, easy and convenient way to access your accounts 24 hours, 7 days a week and is available from your home, office or while you’re traveling.
You can begin using the service when you call a member service representative to request a Call-24 Personal Identification Number (PIN). Then, all you need is a touch-tone phone to transfer funds among your credit union accounts, make loan payments, verify balances or review recent deposits or account history.
When you call our Call-24 Phone Banking system, you’ll be asked to enter your account number and PIN on the telephone keypad. Then, simply listen for your desired menu option and follow the voice commands. It’s that easy!

When traveling, American Express Traveler Cheques provide another level of security if you happen to lose your purse or wallet. You can have your lost cheques reissued by reporting the loss to an 800-number, where you’ll be directed to the nearest American Express representative. These cheques can be purchased in various denominations and with single- or double-signature authority.

When you need to ensure payment through a financial institution, a Travis Credit Union Teller Check may be the perfect solution. Teller Checks may be used for large purchases, such as vehicles, down payments and personal investments. They are sometimes preferred as payment for purchases across state lines when personal identification is harder to verify.
Notary Public services are available to validate identity and second-party witnessing on legal papers and documents. Notary service on Travis Credit Union documents are free; there is a small fee for each notarized signature on non-TCU documents. Please visit one of our full-service branches for assistance.
You can request a stop payment on a personal check by calling our Member Service Center at (707) 449-4000 or (800) 877-8328 or visit a Travis Credit Union branch.
You will need to provide the following information: check number, date written, exact amount and payee. If the amount and check number are not accurate, the check may be paid. A stop payment cannot be placed on an item that has already been presented.

Most people have troubles accessing Bill Pay because of "extra" software added to your browser. Well intentioned software that is designed to protect you can also stop processes from trusted companies too. Its doesn't know the difference so they block them all, just in case. They leave it to the consumer to decide what they will allow and what they won't.
These software packages need to be configured to allow the three web site addresses listed below.
We do not recommend you remove your adware or security software or turn it off as this will not resolve the problem and will leave your computer open to malicious viruses, including Trojans, key-loggers and e-mail viruses.
DO NOT PERMANENTLY TURN OFF ANY PROTECTION SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER!
To see if a particular piece of software is the problem, you may temporarily disable a program and test your computer. Once you have determined the source of the problem, you should enable your security software for your protection. What is Travis Credit Union doing to protect me and my information?Travis Credit Union has always kept their members information private from day one. Even before the Internet our normal day to day practice is to protect our members and there information at all cost.
Our proactive nature to security concerns have kept us on the forefront of security in the credit union industry. We strive to set the security standard that our credit union industry is held to by constantly auditing ourselves and systems to make sure they provide the same trustworthy service our members have come to rely on.
The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol has become the universal standard on the Web for authenticating sites and for encrypting communications between users and Web servers. Because SSL is built into all major browsers and Web servers, simply installing a digital certificate or Server ID enables SSL capabilities.
SSL server authentication allows users to confirm a Web server's identity. SSL-enabled client software, such as a Web browser, can automatically check that a server's certificate and public ID are valid and have been issued by a certificate authority (CA) — such as Thawte — listed in the client software's list of trusted CAs. SSL server authentication is vital for secure e-commerce transactions in which users, for example, are sending credit card numbers over the Web and first want to verify the receiving server's identity.
An encrypted SSL connection requires all information sent between a client and a server to be encrypted by the sending software and decrypted by the receiving software, protecting private information from interception over the Internet. In addition, all data sent over an encrypted SSL connection is protected with a mechanism for detecting tampering — that is, for automatically determining whether the data has been altered in transit. This means that users can confidently send private data, such as credit card numbers, to a Web site, trusting that SSL keeps it private and confidential.
SSL enable visitors to verify your site's authenticity and to communicate with it securely via state-of-the-art SSL encryption, which protects confidential information from interception and hacking. Our Extended SSL 256-bit, which refers to the length of the "session key" generated by every encrypted transaction. The longer the key, the more difficult it is to break the encryption code. Microsoft , Netscape, AOL, Mozilla Firefox and others offer browsers that enable different levels of encryption depending on the type of Server ID with which the browser is communicating.
What does this mean to me?This means your data is secure from prying eyes. You can also verify your security level in your browsers Help/About section in the drop-down menu's
To use Travis Credit Union Online Banking, members must have Internet access and should use one of the approved Web browsers. All of the recommended browsers have been tested and have an encryption level of at least 128-bit. Other browser versions may function correctly but may not be sufficiently secure so are not recommended.
It no longer works "automatically" with our Online Banking product due to the higher security method currently in place. You can still export your account history money file and import it into your Microsoft Money program regardless of what version you have.
Inside Online Banking select the account you want to export the history from. From the menu on the left of your browser window choose "Export Account Information" choose "Money using Active Statements (OFX)" which you can then download and save to your computer to be imported into Money. With Money 2007 installed it will prompt you to start Money once you click the Export Button inside Online Banking making your export easier.
