Why can’t I see pending credit card transactions in my Online Banking account?
We have identified this issue in our credit card processing system and are working to correct it. To confirm pending transactions, please call our Member Service Center at (800) 877-8328 or visit a branch during normal business hours. You may also log back in to your Online Banking account at a later date to see if the pending transaction has been completed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Why can’t Call-24 provide me more detailed credit card account information?
For detailed information about your Travis Credit Union credit card account, please call our Member Service Center at (800) 877-8328 or visit a branch during normal business hours. You may also log in to Online Banking to view your account information, although pending transactions may not be available. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to correct the problem.
I’m having trouble logging in to my Trust or Business Account when using Call-24. My log in information is not being accepted.
If you would like to set up and use phone banking now or possibly in the future to conduct your financial transactions for your Trust or Organizational (Org) Account: you may use an access code number to set-up Call-24 Automated Phone Banking and your Call-24 PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN): Use the last four digits of your Tax Identification Number or Social Security Number as the PIN.
Can I view my Trust and Business account statements using my personal account in Online Banking?
Yes. Members now have access to electronic statements for their Trust and Business Accounts through their personal account log in via Online Banking. Simply click on the Estatements tab to get started.
What is my limit on using Bill Pay?
Members who are using our free Bill Pay system to make payments have a daily limit of $25,000
