Call-24 Banking
Call-24 Phone Banking makes it easy to access your TCU accounts, anytime ... anywhere ... from any telephone. Call-24 Phone Banking is a free, easy and convenient way to access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is available from your home, office or while you’re traveling.
Call-24 Phone Banking is available to most regular consumer accounts and some Trust and Organizational (Org) accounts. Some Trust and Org Accounts, however, are not able to access Call-24 Phone Banking. You can begin using the service when you call a member service representative to request an Access Number and a Call-24 Personal Identification Number (PIN). Then, all you need is a touch-tone phone to transfer funds among your credit union accounts, make loan payments, verify balances or review recent deposits or account history.
When you call our Call-24 Phone Banking system, you’ll be asked to enter your account number and Call-24 PIN on the telephone keypad. Then, simply listen for your desired menu option and follow the voice commands. It’s that easy! What’s more, the Call-24 Phone Banking system uses voice recognition throughout the menu options. If you know what you need, you can bypass the automated menu and simply state your request, and that option will begin. For example:
- For a balance inquiry, simply say:
“What is the balance in my savings account?”
- For checking account transactions, say:
“List all transactions from my checking account” or
“List the last five checks from my checking account.”
- For deposits into your Money Market account, say:
“List the last two deposits to my Money Market account.”

You can save time by reordering your checks online or by phone. To reorder online, log into our secure . Once you're logged in, click on the “Re-order Check” link near the center of the page. Or, you may call our Member Service Center at (800) 877-8328 Monday through Saturday during regular working hours.

To enroll in Travis Credit Union's Direct Deposit program through your employer, please click the "Download Form" button and return it to your payroll office. To sign up for recurring deposit of your Social Security payment, call the Social Security Administration at (800) SSA-1213. Or, visit Go Direct to sign up online for direct deposit of Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), VA Compensation and Pension, and other federal benefit payments. For military deposits, visit the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) website and click on myPay and log in with your Social Security Number. If you need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to finish logging in, click on the New PIN button to get a code for completing the Direct Deposit instructions.

Safe Deposit Boxes
For valuables you’d rather not keep at home, we offer safe deposit boxes in various sizes at the following branch locations:

Please visit one of the branches listed above for safe deposit box availability and pricing details; there is an annual fee for this service, based on the size of the box.
Teller Checks
To provide extra convenience to our members, we offer Teller Checks at our full-service branches for a modest fee. When you need to ensure payment through a financial institution, a Travis Credit Union Teller Check may be the perfect solution. Teller Checks may be used for large purchases, such as vehicles, down payments and personal investments. They are sometimes preferred as payment for purchases across state lines when personal identification is harder to verify.
Notary Public
Notary Public services are available to validate identity and second-party witnessing on legal papers and documents. Notary service on Travis Credit Union documents are free; there is a small fee for each notarized signature on non-TCU documents. Please visit one of our full-service branches for assistance. Please bring photo identification and the documents needed to be notarized.

Stop Payment Request
You can request a stop payment on a personal check by calling our Member Service Center at (707) 449-4000 or (800) 877-8328 or visit a Travis Credit Union branch. You will need to provide the following information: check number, date written, exact amount and payee. If the amount and check number are not accurate, the check may be paid. A stop payment cannot be placed on an item that has already been presented. Stop payment orders expire after one year and a fee usually applies.
