How To Send a Secure Email

This document covers how you can send secure messages from digital banking.

  1. For mobile users, first click on the Menu tab.
  2. Click on the envelope icon.
  3. From the Message Center select Create New Message
    Note: You can also check your inbox, sent mail, and archive folders from this page.
  4. Complete the email message fields and using the paper clip icon you can attach any necessary files.
    • Enter a Subject
    • Select a Topic
    • Type Your Message
    • Attach a File if applicable
  5. Click Send.
    Note: In your Message Center you can view your Inbox, Sent Mail, and message Archive.

Result: You have successfully sent a secure email.
