Note: Face/Fingerprint ID must be enabled in your mobile device settings to use this feature

Face ID enabled

Enable Biometrics

  1. Open the TCU Digital Banking application on your mobile device.
  2. On the Login screen, toggle the switch to Enable Face ID/Fingerprint Authentication.
  3. Select Log In.
  4. A confirmation of your selection will display Face ID authentication has been enabled.

Disable Biometrics

  1. Open the TCU Digital Banking application on your mobile device.
  2. On the Login screen, toggle the switch to Disable Face ID/Fingerprint Authentication.
  3. Select Log In.
  4. A confirmation of your selection will display Face ID authentication has been disabled.
