How to Deposit Checks Using the Mobile App

This document covers how to deposit a check online, as well as how to take photos of the checks.

  1. From the bottom menu, click on the Deposit icon.

  2. From the Quick Deposit tab, select which account you want your check deposited into, then enter in the Amount on the check you are depositing.
  3. Sign the back of your check.
    Sign the back of the check, mobile view, DB Hub, Travis CU,
    Important Note! Endorsement is required. To make a mobile deposit, sign the back of your check and write “For Mobile Deposit Only to Travis CU”.
  4. Add a picture of the Front of the check.
    Tip: Center the check on a dark surface, provide ample light. Align check. The picture will be taken for you once the check is in frame.
  5. Click Continue to go to the next step.
  6. Add a picture of the Back of the check.
  7. Click Deposit.
    Note: Deposit limit is $25,000.00/daily.

Result: You have electronically deposited a check.
