for Intuit Users

We are upgrading our mobile and online banking system next week. This update requires you to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available below.

These instructions reference two Action Dates. Please consider these dates:

  1. Action Needed no later than September 11, 2023
    Complete data file backup and a final transaction download by this date.
  2. Action Needed on September 12th or after
    Follow specific update instructions below to ensure your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts are set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage.

Please utilize another connectivity type if you need transaction updates during this transition period.

The following services may not work during the outage:

  • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
  • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
  • Mint

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missing on the register.
