On October 5 at 4 p.m., Travis Credit Union and the Sacramento Cal-SOAP Consortium will be hosting a ‘Financial Aid Information Night’ for high school seniors considering applying for colleges this year. The online event will provide an overview of financial aid options available. The webinar will also be available on-demand for later viewing. Click here to register.
Students are also invited to attend one of the virtual ‘Cash for College’ workshops hosted throughout the county, where high school seniors and their families can receive direct support to complete their financial aid applications. The workshops are taking place as follows:
- River City High School in West Sacramento – October 15 at 6 p.m.
- Woodland Community College – October 17 at 9 a.m.
- Davis Senior High School – November 17 at 6 p.m.
Through January 2021, Travis Credit Union will continue to host monthly financial aid webinars. Once confirmed, registration for all webinars will be available at traviscu.org/webinars.
