New Hillcrest Branch Opens in January 2024

An Update to Visa^®’s Dispute Policy

Members who use their TCU Credit Card or Debit Card at restaurants and other eating establishments should note a change in the dispute policy from Visa^®. Effective Oct. 14, 2023, Visa^® will invalidate any disputes regarding the quality of food received from restaurants and other eating places after the food has been consumed. This change is being made by Visa^® to maintain the integrity of the dispute process.
