When you tag a photo with the hashtag #LoveMyTravisCU, we notice! If we reproduce any of the images, we will include followers’ handles or bylines. Here’s an example of a follower image that we’ve featured on Instagram:
By tagging your photos with the hashtag #LoveMyTravisCU, you agree to the following:
User Content
As between you and us, you own all content and information you post or share using the social media websites (referred to as “User Content”), such as posting or sharing comments, photos, and videos.
You agree to give Travis Credit Union permission to use, for an indefinite period of time, all or any portion of your User Content as follows: you grant Travis Credit Union the right to reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content in connection with the Site and for other Travis Credit Union marketing purposes, including but not limited to Travis Credit Union catalogs, emails, other customer communications and branch materials. We may display advertisements in connection with your User Content or on pages where your User Content may be viewed by you or others, or we may use your User Content to advertise and promote Travis Credit Union or the Site. Our right to use your User Content is nonexclusive, meaning you may use the User Content for your own purposes or let others use your User Content for their purposes. You agree that Travis Credit Union will not now or in the future owe you anything i.e., monetary, favors, rights, etc., in connection with our use of your User Content.
