This seminar covers pre-purchase issues such as budgeting, determining how much house is affordable, saving for a down payment and other costs. This presentation focuses on why K-8 children need to learn about money. You'll learn what motivates them to learn about money, how to manage it and how to set goals and budget. You'll learn other teaching tools such as budgeting, saving, working and investing. The use of an allowance is also discussed.
